Is Mans Fashion the same as Men's Fashion ?

In our opinion, the answer is yes.  The reason that we have named this website "mans fashion" instead of "mens fashion" is because the website address www.MansFashion.org was available.  It appeared that all of the good url's with "mens" had already been utilized.  In fact, we could not even get a .com address with the use of "man" in the address.  Anyway, to make a long store short, our goal was to develop a clothing website for men.  The website address was a secondary issue.  So at this point, we will be happy with using MansFashion.org as our address...

That is why our site is called Mans Fashion and not Men's Fashion.
